DAY-OF COORINATION

For the couple who have all their wedding details planned out, but needs someone to oversee the big day.

Complimentary one hour initial consultation to discuss your vision and needs
Unlimited phone calls and emails
Vendor confirmations 1-2 weeks prior to wedding date
Attendance and coordination at rehearsal
Assistance with set up and tear down of wedding items including: place cards, favors, guest book, seating chart, etc.
Creating a detailed itinerary for the wedding day
Take care of any final payments and gratuities on wedding day
Wedding consultant on site to take care of every detail
Full access to emergency kit
Day-of Coordination including vendor management, overseeing setup, ceremony orchestration,
main vendor contact and problem solver

FULL PLANNING

For the couple who needs assistance with all aspects of the wedding.
